With a practical methodology and the support of psychological tools, the program offers a warm environment for personal growth and connection, both with yourself and with a community of like-minded women.

What It Offers

The program includes activities designed for personal growth, valuable psychology and emotional well-being tools, and practical exercises to work on self-esteem and self-love. You'll also receive a digital workbook to guide you through the 30 days and a virtual space to connect with other participants.

Key Details

To allow you to experience the methodology, the first 3 days are completely FREE. Once you try the program and feel it's right for you, you can continue with the full experience. The next start date is September 1st, and the full program fee is $80,000 COP.
